One call focused on a scenario where they sent you a spreadsheet with attributes (industry, contract size, contract expiration date, etc) of different companies and asked how you would handle certain scenarios from those companies. It was fairly straightforward and they seemed more interested in the thought process of how you evaluate your customers than needing to know details about Redox’s customer base.
