It was clear that this person wanted to test what a person was like. I actually enjoyed this approach as it was challenging and insightful about the interviewer.

The role requires you to be very collaborative, so talk about how your experience with this. It helps to have some background on the companies history, as it helps you to understand their goals and where you come into it!
