I doubt if I would have accepted the offer and moved forward with the opening because of the first interaction with the interviewer. It was evident that the interviewer was highly judgmental and we all know the importance of references when we move to a different company . I would have contemplated the fact that I would have never received good feedback or a team to work with after my first interaction itself. I think this can pose a threat in terms of stagnancy for Zomato as an organization and should give a close look at how politics is playing in within the organization.
