For this position, most of my questions were behavioral in nature. They want to know how much of a team fit/personality match you are along with some questions specific to my experience in running clinical studies.

Many behavioral questions. Lots of "tell me about a time when" and '"what would you do" questions.
They asked how I would handle having my boss and a lot of the colleagues in France while I worked in Boston.
