Competency based questions. I cant emphasise enough that they want you to spit it out in STAR format. Any deviation and they are unhappy with it. They also asked me a lot about personal stress management etc.

Tell me about yourself. Name 3 things you like or dislike about your job or that you look for in a job. Name 3 reasons for choosing Eli Lilly. A lot of situational questions, for example tell me about a time you had to develop a rapport with a challenging team member and how you worked through it.
