There are a lot of questions they ask that go all the way back to your childhood and not relevant to the role.
Can you develop goals?
None. Laid back interview. I was surprised. They do a great job of telling you about the organization and history during the interview.
Questions ranged from inquiries regarding professional experience, career motivation, reason for interest in institution and location, relevant clinical education, to hypothetical professional/ethical dilemmas.
