Some of the questions were extremely tough clinically, such as questions like "what is the differential diagnosis between x, y, and z?" I was also provided case vignettes and asked to explain what I would do in those scenarios. I was asked about how I've handled situations in the past, clinical examples of x or y in my past experiences... and because the position is for a Spanish-speaking employee I was asked a question in Spanish.
