General Interview Questions were asked specific to my field of study. I do not recall exactly what questions were asked but the questions are pretty much standard in the industry.

how would you handle this situation, what is bipolar disorder , how do you deal with conflict, what population do you prefer to work with, what if you could hear commotion during group therapy, how would you handle that situation
When are you available for a phone interview?

What draws you to working at JCFS, explanation of previous experiences, etc.
how many hours can you work? Can you work evenings and weekends and holidays?
The first interview consisted of questions mainly about my personal background and experiences, whereas the second interview was more focused on my ability to respond to specific scenarios.
