1. Prepare in-depth for your technology stack questions. 2. Be prepared for the scenario based questions on Amazon leadership principles. Try to have at least 2 stories for every leadership principle to avoid any repetition. 3. Be prepared for basics of networking and troubleshooting scenarios in networking.
All technical, some personal but from different people, you will meet 5 people back to back, 2 will be personal the rest will be just technical, then the next interview process will be even worse.

If you have no idea about the answers when hearing the questions, you should withdraw your application because these questions are too easy even if you have 1 year experience. BQ questions are very general and they appear in the first page of the Google search. --- How to troubleshoot this/that; What tools are used to do this/that; What are the steps to add/remove features in the system; What is the port of this/that; TCP/IP; OSPF; --- I'm not trying to throw a contempt because I did not get an offer. You will realize that what you will do in this position is mostly customer service + google/stackoverflow + passing tickets to the dev team.
