During the Second step in the process they gave you scenarios that you had to solve according to your thoughts and beliefs. Then there was one video question where you had to answer Why you would like to work for TUI. Third Step in to process was the virtual group interview. 1. First they asked who you are and why you applied for this job. (Kinda like an icebreaker.) 2. Secondly, they asked what makes you Trustworthy, Unique, and Inspiring. You had one minute to think of an answer. 3. Next up was the prepared activity that you had to present. 4. After that, they had a small little teamwork exercise, kinda like an Escape Room where you had to escape the room within 10 minutes. 5. Next up was a small quiz of 10 questions. 6. After that gave more information about the job, salary, and contract. 7. If you were successful in all criterias above, you would be asked to stay a little longer for a small 1 on 1 interview. - What was one difficult situation in your life, and how did you overcome it? - What would you say was your most successful situation in your career/life? other questions - Do you have a drivers license? - Can you work from the very start of the season to the very end?
