Q: Walk me through your work history. Why did you take a role? Why did you leave a role?
Asking the year I graduated from college and my average GPA despite of my 10 years of solid experience.
Online application asks for the usual information... along with employment details for at least 10 years, reasons for leaving past jobs, names/titles of your past managers, starting rates of pay at past jobs, names/contact info for three references (although the instructions say only two are required, the system will not let you finish until you add a third).
What did you like about your last supervisor?
It was mostly fit, so just get to know your experience really well. It is hard to pinpoint exactly what question since everyone's experience is different.
