In the interview I was asked to give a presentation on a programming topic. When I received the offer I was told that I would be "great with the older kids." At the training I was kicked off for failing the roleplay where people pretended to be rowdy students and someone started playing "Never Gonna Give You Up" on YouTube (twice!). Two people came up to me and apologised for being especially unruly during my roleplay. The very same person who gave me the offer in part because I would be great with the older kids told me that I wouldn't be able to manage the younger kids, and I was kicked off.
