asked me all kinds of questions about my work experience. In particular walk me through an inpatient claim which was a bit confusing because on prof fee side its the same- just a different code set and some slightly different guidelines depending upon patient status in the hospital. E&M is straight forward if you've got the guidelines that's the first step, 2nd step know the status of the patient stay to chose the code set. its not rocket science . I questioned are you referring to DRG then it went even farther to the left from there!
