The interview was quite conversational; understanding most of my qualifications for the job would be evaluated through my portfolio & hands-on styling. the interviewers' questions were more personality-and character-driven, to gauge overall fit with the character of the company. One of the interviewer's attended the same university as I so that was a focal point of conversation.
Why do you want this job/position
Can you work weekends? Are you okay with modeling on social media?
If you're confident in yourself, have excellent communication, and know your skills/abilities... no question is difficult. They also ask you to style a "client" (in this case, my manager) so they can see how well you can put an outfit together for a specific occasion and how you can sell it to them.

To describe myself in using 3-5 words. To think of 3-5 words that describes you on the spot without sounding conceded was a bit difficult, she was kind enough to help me along and further ask if I felt like I was someone who needs to be told step by step what to do or do I take the initiative to do things.
