These were very general questions in the first round of interviews in which they were technical. The second group asked me questions about credit and my future goals.

Name a situation where you did something good, when there was a problem from your customers. Name a time you went above and beyond for a customer.

The most difficult questions were what you would do in a particular scenario. These weren't to tough, however the interviewers lack of emotion was a bit tense.

Why did you choose Bank of America?
