Create a plan for Summer Transition for the Class of 2023. This project plan should include - but not be limited to: Strong vision and rationale for the project, Metrics defined with dates and quantitative goals, Action plan that accounts for deadlines and what detailed tasks need to be accomplished each deadline, Clarity that students and family are engaged and understand the matriculation process, Confirmation that students are prepared to start school in the fall, Oversight and tracking of the matriculation process (housing contract, enrollment deposit, orientation, etc.), Collection of FERPAs, Interventions to address summer melt, Tracking and confirmation of matriculation decisions.
