They asked about my background in this field and my flexibility, not only with my schedule, but in my location preference and job responsibilities. I got the feeling that they weren't entirely certain which role they were even interviewing me for, themselves.
They asked me do a scenario. The manager played the role of a non-responsive student.
In the context that you may have to work with high pressure parents, they asked me to provide examples where I had to meet tight deadlines/reach a quantitative target of some sort
