One is a role play situation where you are the college coach and you are checking-in with one of your students through a particularly difficult situation. One was along the lines of: "Tell me about a time where you failed. Please explain why. What were some of the things you learned from the experience and what steps you took (if any) to improve?" Generally speaking, a question to assess a candidate's experience with failure and growth mindset. I can't remember a good amount were pretty standard (e.g. "Why are you interested in becoming a College Coach?").
