The questions asked in the interview are all copied from government IAS exams just to make their exam look like of that level. Most of the questions are situational. The answers to which depends on person to person how and what they will do when they are in that situation. The interview panel has their own set of answers to such kind of question and they judge people on their own imagined answers. The head of the company commissioner has zero experience and judge people who are more learned than him. The interview and exam are total waste of time.
