What is your leadership style
The interview process culminated with the question, "What do you want to do here?" - A question that encouraged me to think through all the facets of the company I'd explored and all the areas of need that folks had identified. I was able to really think through where and how my expertise could be best applied to the good of the company - and also ensure I was filling a role that would be both personally and professionally fulfilling.
Laid out all of the salary and benefit expectations, as well as commute/office time expected to ensure it worked for my lifestyle.

A lot of questions about AML laws and crisis management.
Standard. I like the conversational nature of Cisco‘s interviews. They prefer conversation to grilling.
What do you consider that you do better than anyone?
None really. Very straightforward interview, with initial explanation of the job by the hiring manager and followed by questions about my qualifications.
