I was asked to describe some of the most complicated communications issues I'd dealt with at my former employer. The interviewers were looking for lots of practical detail and wanted to be sure I made my answers relevant to their world/situation. The company is non-traditional in many ways - it was important for them to understand that I appreciated that fact, and that I was ready for a radically different role.
Various job-related questions but virtual.
General questions - there were no hardball questions just know your resume well/concrete examples/really explain why you want to work there vs elsewhere. Their biggest competitor is the Chicago Board of Trade so they basically want to hear how they are better than them, even though they aren't.
This position required a timed writing test involving writing a short article from a list of given facts. I felt the time given was generous and offered plenty of time to finish writing and editing.
