Tell me about a time when you had to make a very tough decision under a tight deadline and with little direction? Describe a time when you had to convince leadership to go in a different direction.
Standard behavioral questions, although multiple interviewers asked me the same questions during each interview. The one question that turned me off to the entire process was "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" because the interviewer was trying to ascertain how long I would stay at RTI if I was offered the job. I felt like I was pre-judged and set up for failure from the get-go.
Asked broad, generic questions about my experience and how it was relevant.
