The most unexpected thing was the Case Study, I have never done that before during the interview process. I was walking a line between giving enough info to answer their challenges without giving them every detail.
Just asked did I have any previous property management experience.
Generally asked about experience, background. When the offer is made, ask for more money. They can give you more.
