The first phase was general questions about my academic and professional background. In the second phase, it was presented some cases, where I had to give ideas of how I could solve a certain problem. Also, basic interview questions, as for example pointing 3 positive aspects and 3 negative aspects about behavior/personality.

Work history; history of working in a team, how to deal with a team member who is difficult, ability to work in a self-directed manner.
