Why did you leave your last job?
Most of the interview was the CEO talking about himself and bringing WQED into the future.
Nothing difficult or unexpected about the interview.
How do you work individually and as a team? What does equity look like to you? Describe a time when you were faced with a time demand and how did you meet this deadline?
There were no difficult questions. My reputation and background was well-known, and many of the people that I worked with at my last position, I continue to work with in this position.
They ran scenarios by me and asked how I would handle them. They asked about my prior experience (ex: tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult team member)
What do you find most challenging in property management?
Examples of what I've accomplished relevant to the job.
How would I be able to make a positive impact and assess the current team I would be leading. Give an example of a time where I may not have agreed with a leadership decision and how did I handle it.
