How do you measure and track performance and success?
To watch a video and create a case study based on as well as review their website and suggest changes you would make if you had the position. This seemed like they weren't really interviewing people but instead collecting information to use for their own use. After all of the compliments and excitement about me reaching the 4th step, and scheduling my final interview. They suddenly told me they had decided to fill the position from within.
