Coordinating a Meeting Agenda with Senior Leadership: You are tasked with requesting and coordinating agenda items from TRCA directors for an upcoming meeting with the Toronto Water Division at the City of Toronto on August 31. Draft an email to the directors asking for their agenda items, making sure to specify the format and deadline for their responses. This will enable you to prepare the meeting agenda for review and distribution before the meeting. Review of Municipal Council and Committee Agendas: Review the Infrastructure and Environment Committee agenda and identify the items relevant to TRCA. Then, provide a brief summary (1-3 sentences) explaining the significance of each item to TRCA.
