Community Representative Interview Questions

11,081 community representative interview questions shared by candidates

Had two sets of skype interviews. Both competency-based + standard questions on why you have applied. No negotiation regarding salary is possible (irrespective of experience and qualifications). EQ tests were organized before personal interviews. Personal interviews did not take place (I could not fly in to Geneva on the specified day, because of severe weather conditions my flight was cancelled). Expenses for visa issuance and ticket was never reimbursed, although promised. The HR person fed me in with promises to reschedule and this never happened. When I already accepted another offer and contacted the HR 2 months later she told me they had made an offer to another candidate and could not give any clear reason on why they have not notified me. Overall, the experience was not positive mainly because of the nontransparent processes.
