Please tell us about a time you developed an innovative solution to an issue, describing the outcomes achieved and how you maintained accountability throughout the project. Can you describe a time you have successfully facilitated a group. What strategies did you use to ensure all participants were engaged and that the discussions remained productive. If you have not had experience of this, what strategies would you use? How would you address the needs of marginalised groups in your community development work, including specific steps you would take to ensure their needs are met.
