This question was a first for me with regards to interview questions: describe a time where you have made a decision, and realized later that it was the wrong decision/choice? what did you do about it, etc. I have never thought of examples of this within the context of interviews. I think this is asked to see how you view regret/ failure/ resilience/ perseverance/ accountability/ admitting you're wrong.
