The position appeared to be fairly routine compliance. However, what concerned me was the hiring manager is in another state, and wanted someone who would be going to Windsor on a regular basis to find files (in storage) and mail them to the manager. It seemed to be the litmus test for the job.
Both of the people that I interviewed with are no longer at AlohaCare. I don't think there is any sort of standardized question set that different hiring managers ask, so what I was asked is not really relevant. Also, it's been a few years, so I don't even remember any specific questions.
