Before even beginning the interview process, I was given a survey related to the role I was applying for. This allowed me to demonstrate the way that I think and work, and provided the company with information on whether that would be compatible with what they were looking for in the role. I believe this is an excellent way to get the ball rolling as it ensures that both parties, the company and the applicant, are going to be as compatible as possible in order to ensure everyone is satisfied and productive.
