Typical behavioral questions, such as how do you handle a set back, describe how you solve a problem, etc. The interviewer was trained as a software dev and did not know or understand much about biology. There wasn't any specific software questions. For someone hiring a computational biologist role with machine learning as a required skillset, they did not appear to know any machine learning specialized knowledge.

Some basic question like "Tell me more about yourself" or questions related to the professional requirement like "Have you learnt dynamic model", and some question would be a little tough like"How would you set up a model and do analysis without any data resource".
