If you have a laptop that turns on, but there is no display, what process would you use to diagnose and fix this issue?
None of their questions seemed too difficult, but I'd say that their question of "Name a time when things didn't go as expected in the workplace, and how did you resolve it" posed the greatest challenge,; as they were checking on my judgement skills and how I work under pressure.
Most difficult question I would say was if I knew what ghosting was. This is when you copy the entire hard drive over to another hard drive.

I dont really remember all my questions. The questions are not standardized in anyway, the panel generates the questions based on the job and what the department is looking for. I know I was asked a technical question, what would I do if I was out in the field and got stuck and couldnt fix the problem. They're not looking for the 'technical' play by play, they want to know how resourceful you are, can you handle yourself professionally etc.
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
One of the questions was a multi part one that had a bunch of computer networking terms and they wanted you to briefly explain/ describe them and their usage.
