Was asked about my previous experience, was also told to write step by step instructions on how to make a peanut butter and jelly sand which. Wrote over 120 steps. Was used to see how well we could talk to a customer and walk them through how to troubleshoot over the phone
No difficult questions. Everything was straightforward.
Do you know what DNS stands for?
Was asked what I would do if I was training a new hire and they were struggling and the supervisor felt that it was time to start the process of letting them go.
What I expected to be paid.
