What's your preferred management style (micromanaging vs. on your own)? What What 5 skills do you possess that would make you a good candidate for this position? What are 3 adjectives that describe your work ethic? What are 3 metrics that are useful for measuring customer service?

Typical questions like greatest strengths and weaknesses, can you work nights, can you work weekends, how well do you work with others etc. The bizarre aspect was that they were all on a questionnaire. I was asked very few questions verbally. The last question (and the weirdest one) was do you like shopping. Um who cares?

I was asked very few questions verbally. The last question (and the weirdest one) was do you like shopping. Um who cares?

They looked at my resume, and then said that "It looks like you have previously worked in areas where you could make a difference. Why would you want to work for Tillinger's given that you won't have the same opportunity?"
