I had a total of three interviews with three separate people. My first interviewer had a weird vibe. She was concerned I was a job hopper and asked questions like “Why’d you leave your last job?”, “What have you been doing since?”. It felt like being interrogated by an overbearing parent rather than being interviewed. Second interviewer was fine. I was on the fence about this company, and he convinced me to give the company a third interview. Third interviewer came on looking like she would rather be doing something else and looked absolutely miserable. She had a prove yourself to me vibe, and did not read my resume at all. She asked if I had networking experience, when my resume clearly shows my networking certifications. She asked if I had trouble shooting experience when my resume shows my experience in customer support. I suspect she was reading off a script, and did not bother changing her script based on the information she would have seen on my resume. It came off as lazy and unprofessional. Apply elsewhere.
