Phone interview was standard. They asked me about myself and asked about previous BA experience. They even threw in an agile related question just to make sure I knew my lemons. The phone interview stage was probably the only stage where I answered the most BA related questions. 3 days later, I was attending the talent selection day in London. Started the talent selection day with an individual case study where I had 10 minutes to make a presentation on how to ask questions that will provide further insight into how a bank not doing well for the past two years can increase revenue even though competition who are new entrants are making money. The just want to see your thinking logic. Then I had the personal interview which I thought I had flunked. He asked me about what I know of capgemini, how have I gone about creating a governance framework. I really can't remember the rest. I really thought that I wasn't going to get the job at this stage because I was nervous, taking too fast, but the interviewer brought this to my attention and I slowed down and got comfortable. Overall, I didn't think I give good answeres. Final stage was a group case study with 65 minutes to prepare and create a group presentation. I loved this stage as I gave reasonable answers to the panel questions. One tip is to make sure you give reasonable answers. Also, if you are a team of 5 and have to present 4 slides in 30 minutes, please don't go spending 15 minutes on your slide just to impress. That's just simply annoying! I'm excited to start my new role I hope is helps someone and good luck with your interview process.
