No traditional business cases. They'll ask questions about experience and relationships with others you've worked with. They'll want to know if you're open to travel and are likely to stay with them for several years at least. They're looking for calm confidence, the ability to take charge, and they will want to have a sense that it will be fun to work with you.
Where do you want to be in 5 years?
Since I'm a fresher in this industry, i had revised all the airport and city codes the night before the 2nd round of interview, but the questions asked to me were to name any 5 cities in USA and name any 5 schengen countries etc. Though i knew the answers, I completely blanked out and could name only 2-3 cities and royally screwed up the interview, lol.
