Our client is a concrete producer from India with three customer segments and three different types of products. Identify the most profitable customer segment? What implication does this have on the client's marketing strategy? What should are strategy be considering our competitors and their strengths and weaknesses.
Very personal and chatty. The interviewer did not ask any behavioral questions. I think they want to see whether you can suit them by looking at how you talk with them.
Wanted to know about my background working with other customers and ability to attract new business. How my background would be relevant to CGI. I was being pursued for this role, so management was trying to attract me. I was more interested in learning about their culture of the company, the management style and potential growth for my career.
