Translation of an essay about FMCG products in 20 mins
1. A lot of questions about background and the projects I'd been working on in my current job to see if they were applicable to the Evolus role. 2. General questions about what I need about aesthetics industry, my interest, if I'd work within pharmaceuticals or aesthetics before, etc. 2. A live Excel assessment where a few tabs of data is given, and I have to find the insights/trends within the data to make a few recommendations. The Excel work is fairly straightforward. So, I would guess they're more interested in the recommendations I make off of them

Simple straightforward 4 rounds, one test. Pretty standard - overall a smooth and fast process
