And they asked several questions—e.g., what type of work environment do you prefer?—designed to gauge cultural fit. As noted, the questions were challenging. But I appreciated that level of detail.

There was nothing out of the ordinary. The questions covered background, experience, product knowledge, interest in the product/company and future plans. I was given a good amount of time to get into details and was probed on answers if they weren't comprehensive. They seemed to want to do a thorough job, which I appreciated greatly.
