About my experience in supervising others
There was no litany of questions. The interviews were all conversational in nature, encouraging a 2-way flow of information focused almost equally on the company's goals and strategy and my own experience.
Why are you interested in this role? What are your biggest strengths? What are some of your biggest weaknesses? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why do you think you’d be a good fit? There were a few others I don't remember.

Asked me to complete a project that took around 2hrs to finish. Should of rescinded my application.
