Initial part: the DA test is an assessment of some natural skills that we’re looking for in a successful team member, such as strong attention to detail and the ability to gather correct and complete information; the Reviewer Test is an evaluation of your English language skills, with emphasis on grammar and vocabulary; the Excel Test is meant to assess your knowledge of Excel formulas and functions. After this, basic interview to get to know you. Then they give you homework to do. Read series of articles on their site that you need to review for next round of interview. They will either be satisfied or ask you to redo this on a later date, so another round of interview. Another homework after this, they make you write an article about closing on a house. Mind you, all the tests and this writing assignment are out there online. Ridiculous. Only then, if they are satisfied yet again they will schedule you with the CEO which was the nightmare.
