How do you measure success
Tell me about a situation where you had to manage conflicting expectations between two stakeholders and how you resolved them.
From different stages of the interview process: How do you communicate with different types of talent (creative, production, legal etc)? What are three words you would use to describe yourself? Can you explain a time when one of those traits (from previous question) worked in your favor and another where it worked against you? How do you handle building a consensus with stakeholders that may disagree with you?
A lot of questions centered around writing, design and editing experience and if I ever worked with or was familiar with government clients and contracts.
Why would you like to look out for new opportunities? How would you solve such content frictions? Have you any experience over scalability?
If you were asked to create content to help with a Kindle customer service problem, how you could go about creating that content given there are different versions of the product and the problem applied to some of them but not all of them? This is in addition to there being no central place that stores all the help content for all the different versions of Kindle.

The tasks are aimed at finding out your way of thinking. The tasks I received had nothing to do with a Content Strategist position.
