The interview itself lasted about 30 minutes. A lot of the questions asked were fairly standard for the interview. The interview was then followed by an hour long code assessment.
Company will force you to sign a exclusive agreement for a position. Then they will treat you quite horribly (rudeness, belittling, and crassness toward the hiring manager). They will avoid communication with you during the process.
Asking for past salary- a real turn off.
