They asked why I should be hired at the firm? I also think they asked about what I know of the firm and to describe a time when I worked on a group project and what was the outcome. The questions took about 30 seconds thinking time and I think about 2 minutes per answer. There were only 3 questions

Not any more difficult than other interviews I have been in. They asked me about my background and how I would place amongst other chemists.
