Contracts Interview Questions

They really asked typical interview questions. The most difficult was related to my experience and how I would transition from a very small company to a large one. I like to back my answers up with examples and experiences. I do not have experience in a large company, so the question somewhat stumped me, surprisingly, and I don't really recall what I said.

The CEO called me to do a brief phone screen but didn't even have my resume in front of him. I was asked random questions that had nothing to do with my background. When I asked if he had a copy of my resume or LinkedIn profile open he hung up on me. I called back immediately just in case it was an accident. The phone went to voicemail and he never respond to me email about following up. I would avoid working for this company due to the unprofessionalism.
