If I had experience with RFP's. What time I could start in the morning, and if my schedule was flexible to meet business needs for clients in PST and CST zones (which means working evening hours!). If I understood legal contract language or worked with cross functional teams, such as finance and payroll. What types of contracts I had experience with, also heavy emphasis by Assoc director on recruiting and negotiation skills.
I found the questions from the recruiter to be more difficult thant from the manager of the open position. The recruiter asked me social situations in the work place, such as overcoming hard situations and tell me about a time such and such happened, ect. The manager for the open position stuck to my skill level on my resume and the skills and knowledge related to the position.

They didn't really ask me very much. But once again it was for a temp clerical position.
