I was asked to describe a situation at work and what were the taken steps.
The interviewer had gone through my resume and asked if I am willing to take up the contract role.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how _______ do you think you are? What experience or actions made you feel that you are at the indicated scale on the rating?
All normal technical questions including Object Orientation, Database connectivity etc
They asked me about the projects that I handle in my experience
It was a mock situation involving problems with a project team's performance and the customer's constant changing requirements. Basically, how would you handle yourself , and what would you contribute to solve the internal and external issues.
